SUPPORT FOR MOTHERS, BIRTHERS, AND PARTNERS.
I am a dedicated Registered Social Worker and Canadian Certified Perinatal Mental Health psychotherapist who focuses on the emotional well-being of those navigating reproductive challenges, as well as expectant and new mothers/birthers and their families.
My deep passion for supporting women during their transformative journey into motherhood began with my own lived experience navigating fertility, reproductive challenges and treatments, pregnancy, birth, and the transition into motherhood. As a therapist, I aim to provide compassion and understanding while serving as a trusted support for those navigating challenges across the perinatal spectrum.
II maintain a client-centered, therapeutic approach that is grounded in trust, compassion, and evidence-based interventions. I practice from an eclectic approach that draws on aspects of interpersonal therapy, attachment therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behaviour therapy.
I believe in providing a safe, judgment-free space for individuals to openly express their fears, anxieties, and struggles. My work not only focuses on fertility challenges, perinatal mood disorders, relationship dynamics, and matrescence but also fosters emotional resilience, self-care, and healthy, secure mother-child bonding.
I am committed to raising awareness of and advocating for perinatal mental health within the community.

You are a pillar of strength. I'm here to help you feel and know that you are once again.
